What Do Your Results Say?

There is no such thing as failure.
There are only results.
-Tony Robbins

Hopefully you are not too fond of your failures and not too proud of your results since your perspective may be the only thing that separates them.  Failure lives in the space your unfulfilled desires create between what you want and what you have.
Producing results is inevitable. No matter what you do, or neglect to do, you generate some kind of result.  Your desired results can be enhanced through planning, communicating and resolving.

Your results flow from your resolve.  Resolve is simply a promise to yourself not to quit.  Have you wanted to say
something and gave up because you couldn’t find the right expression?  Don’t let apparent adversity obscure your ability to achieve. The strength of your resolve is a function of your emotional engagement.  Reach for your emotional center and, as you learn to manage your emotions, your communication
with yourself and others will improve.

Communication is an exchange of emotion. When your words do not match your feelings, the result is confused communication. If the result of what you say is the response you get, you need to communicate with emotional clarity.  Failing to feel results in planning to fail.

Can you really plan how you feel? Probably not if you are immature. Maturity is not a function of age, it is an emotional
awareness of how what you do affects those around you. A little planning is all need, to do unto others as you would like done unto you, so they don’t feel like you are trying to do them in.

Whether your results are amusing aftermaths of artful arrangements, with proper planning and congruent communication what you desire and resolve can become the results you see.
